I am shocked when i get this Registered Letter, coz i must paid IDR 20,000.- (Bea Lalu Bea).  This never happened before.

The reason is my incoming Registered Letter without stamps on the cover. That is why i must paid Bea Lalu Bea.

It's a funny policy from Indonesia Post almost ongoing one year.
