I got this cover from Uganda Post, Philately Division.
This cover used Registered Letter Tariff without any stamps glued and browntape around.
And also got two holes coz stapler used, heavy complaint about this matter.
Can damage your stamps & important document inside.

I hope one day, Indonesia post dont used stapler to get the receiver signatures.
